This cottage is located a mere steps from the boardwalk to the beach. The property is completely renovated and features a gourmet kitchen - Sub Zero Refrigerator, Wolf Range, Uline Undercounter ice maker, GE Monogram wine cooler, custom cabinets, and granite countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to enjoy. The adjacent dining table seats 6 comfortably.
The master bedroom features a king bed with a private entrance to the screened porch. The first guest room is equipped with a queen bed and the second guest room features two twin beds. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen televisions and DirectTV access. The bathrooms feature walk in showers with rain shower heads, glass enclosures and granite countertops.
The family room offers comfortable seating in addition to a flat screen television, DVD player, and stereo system. We also offer Wi-Fi and free local and domestic phone service.
Outside, you can enjoy meals on the screened porch, or listening to the waves from the rocking chairs on the deck. The beautiful live oaks surround the home and offer the perfect wooded environment. We also have provided a gas grill on the deck for your enjoyment.

Summary: Perfect beach house for our family of four. The house was clean, updated and furnished with comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen is well stocked so cooking was very easy. The location is excellent! You are as close to the beach as you can get without staying on the beach. Karen was super easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Kiawah.

Summary: This is a well-appointed cottage in a perfect location. The furnishings, including beds, are comfortable and the kitchen has nice appliances and space. The owner is communicative and has made little touches like having detergent, etc and beach chairs for use. It’s a fantastic home, and we look forward to returning!

Summary: Plenty of space for three women celebrating 40 years of friendship. We sat in the screened porch every night. Clean, comfortable beds, ice machine a plus, a cooks kitchen and plenty of towels, wine glasses and cleaning supplies; a couple minute walk to the beach and connected to 30 miles of bike trails.
